It would be helpful and would save time if we can see catheter output record in one place ie. under reports/residents. Currently we have to open individual residents profile and check one by one.

When looking back for previous handovers this is time consuming, we can filter to groups but not to an individual person. It would be helpful to have the past handovers on each person's profile page.

Add a filter option for nudges to make it easier for carers to locate residents in larger homes.

Customers are generally confused about which fields are mandatory and which are not. It should be made clearer across the application with clear guidance when forms/records are missing mandtory steps/information

A customer suggests that it would be helpful if, upon adding a new resident, the user is automatically taken to the new resident's page or given the option to do so via a pop-up, as currently they have to manually browse to the new resident's page...

Some customers find that it is unusual not to provide a drink when giving food. It is suggested that having completed the Food Intake Quick Tool, the Fluid Intake is made more readily accessible in the workflow to make it more efficient

On a residents page if you create a custom nudge the current resident should be pre-selected by default

Nudges can be added for one week and then at this point manually added each week their after, we would like to be able to use the nudge for several weeks so that the staff are reminded to completed XYZ.
