Vital signs

Vital signs report. GP has visited today and has requested every residents vital signs. We are unable to extract a report for this and are having to manually extract the data onto a spreadsheet which is very time consuming.

GP often request vital signs to be sent via a ward round, so would be very useful to be able to generate a report and be able to select specific residents would be very helpful, like how we do when adding residents to groups.

GP advised this would also be useful to be able to have an over =view to monitor for signs of Sepsis as a glance.
