Not able to monitor which residents have had nail trim/care and to run a report when needed

Currently, there is no option to show when a resident has declined any of the offered Personal care option. This should show in the trends.

Would be very great to have two different schedule frames for turning and reposition nugget, as most times 2hrs during day isn't relevant for night when a 4hrs reposition is needed, therefore we can avoid overdue nuggets for the night.
