Customers are generally confused about which fields are mandatory and which are not. It should be made clearer across the application with clear guidance when forms/records are missing mandtory steps/information

trends can be useful but it only allows to see the trend of 1 resident at a time. it would be useful for example to be able to see a collective trend filtered by date for activities , no graph needed. Also stating who reported the trend, so we can...

As a manager, it would be more efficient if documentation like fluid intake, output, position change etc can be viewed in one page for all residents like fluid intake on insights.

Some residents require escorting to appointments, this can take a staff member off the floor and would be helpful for the dependency.

There currently is no where to pick up the dependency hours for skin such as dressing changes. For some people this is a big part of their dependency hours
