Stoma changed moved to Bowel Movement

Currently, the option for changing a stoma bag is under the bladder output drop down menu. This prevents care staff from selecting that both a stoma and a pad have been changed in the same workflow as they are sharing a drop down. I propose that 'stoma changed' be moved to the bowel movement menu as this would more accurately represent it's purpose (especially as it otherwise indicates a stoma change is a bladder output), and productivity and workflow would be improved as stoma and pad can be changed via the same progression through options rather than having to go through it twice.
