Custom hashtags

Our service is not a care home, it is a mental health facility. Tags such as "depressed" or "finance" would be useful. All the tags about dementia etc are useless to us. If we could design our own it would make more sense. Staff joke about #activites-and-socialising as it has become a meme. Thank you!
