Easier completion/sign off's for Manager of A&I's and ABC charts

I have previously used CMS and PCS where staff complete an accident/incident form or flag a daily note as accident/incident and then the information is automatically carried over. Then I have completed the managers checks and report. Which is more efficient when you have more than 1 to deal with on a daily basis. As you can imagine, for behaviour charts for some residents, there are multiple per day then add on A&I’s, it can turn into a very time consuming task with having to back, forth, back, forth between nudges and events.
