When pressing oral care under personal hygiene there should be multiple drop down menus to gain more knowledge of the care given.
For example:
Teeth Brushed: YES / NO / DECLINED
Gum bleeding: YES / NO
Dentures inserted / removed: YES / NO
Fixodent applied / required: YES / NO
This can be reflected by the oral care assessment, such as if an individual doesnt have a denture or fixodent needed then it won't show the YES or no answers. If a resident does have a denture you can select yes in the oral care assessment which will automatically add this idea onto the oral care section in personal hygiene.
