GP today has requested every residents weight in order to calculate medication. I wasn't able to extract this information as a report and had to manually look for every residents height.
When collecting medical information during pre-admission, also allow users to record any allergies that a person may have across the standardised categories. Also include a free text field in order to provide more context.
Visibility of position change documentation as fluid in take in Insight
As a manager, it would be more efficient if documentation like fluid intake, output, position change etc can be viewed in one page for all residents like fluid intake on insights.
New post - make it so we have the option to add minutes to reflect onto the overall dependency. Not all things can be documented through quick tools & extended care - it would be helpful to have the option to add minutes onto a new post.
It would be helpful and would save time if we can see catheter output record in one place ie. under reports/residents. Currently we have to open individual residents profile and check one by one.
