Hearing aid care

Hi. Hearing aids are checked and cleaned weekly , and batteries replaced, could this be part of the activities of daily living, personal care, and a icon added to select hearing aids, and then staff can add notes in the box on the next page, such a cleaned or batteries changed ect.
