ABC Charts

Can we have ABC charts for behavioural monitoring record keeping. At the moment, any ABC record entered triggers an event ( We do not need this).

Can you remove the trigger for events to the ABC charts, please.

Residents on 1:1 care need a minimum hourly ABC record entry. We have over 6 residents on 1:1 care. We are having to use handwritten notes for behavioural monitoring records at present and there is pressure from commissioners that we capture this data electronically.
